The ACA was funded through a combination of taxes and penalties, and subsidies for low-income families. The PMJAY is funded entirely by the government of India.
- Implementation:
The ACA was implemented gradually over several years, and faced numerous legal and political challenges. The PMJAY, on the other hand, was implemented quickly and has received widespread support.
- Services:
